The first 12 weeks have been excellent. So very informative and insightful. Eimear has been fantastic, so supportive and knowledgeable. Explains everything so well and checks for understanding. I’ve had so many positive changes, energy levels better, bending and moving much better and very successful in weight loss too. There hasn’t really been any challenges that I’ve come across that I wasn’t able to resolve from the learnings of the course.
