You can also refer via e-RS by following the steps below

Access e-RS directly or through your clinical system

Select Referral and Routine

Under Speciality select Health Promotion,
under Clinic type select Weight Management
Under Speciality select Health Promotion, under Clinic type select Weight Management

Click Add more search detail
and leave the location field blank

Under Search for a service provider organisation,
type Second Nature and click Search
Under Search for a service provider organisation, type Second Nature and click Search

Select Second Nature Health from the results
(not Ltd or Ltd.) and click Search
Select Second Nature Health from the results (not Ltd or Ltd.) and click Search

Select the Second Nature service from the results then click Selection action and select Book/Send for Triage
